Bill graduated from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 1981 and began his 30-year pharmacy career as the owner of two successful independent pharmacies in the New York Metropolitan area. He served on the National Independent Advisory Board for McKesson Corporation for six years, helping to initiate the product development of corporate programs to advance the continued growth of independent pharmacies nationally.
Throughout his career Bill Irwin has built a keen understanding of medical billing and coding, EMR and compliance affecting the healthcare profession.
Bill is a longstanding member of the Pharmacists Society of the State of New York, he is a 20-year board member of the Rhinebeck Bank and is actively engaged in all management issues, including loan oversight for various business entities, serving the multi-county area of Southeastern New York State.
